1. Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing Premium, or using Tiny Timer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement, or use Tiny Timer under the authority of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Parent-directed service

Tiny Timer provides a playful visual countdown intended to help parents and caregivers communicate everyday transitions. It is not medical, behavioral-health, educational, childcare, emergency, or safety equipment and is not a substitute for supervision or professional advice.

Device settings, operating-system behavior, battery conditions, notifications, connectivity, and software errors can affect timing or alerts. Do not rely on Tiny Timer for medication, cooking, transportation, sleep safety, emergencies, or any other safety-critical purpose.

3. Accounts

A parent account is required. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your password and devices, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may update or delete your account from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights, or in response to material misuse of the service.

4. Free and Premium features

Tiny Timer may offer free features and paid Premium features. Current Premium benefits and prices are displayed in the app before purchase. We may improve, replace, add, or discontinue features, provided that changes do not remove rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Premium subscriptions are sold and billed through Apple, Google, or another store shown at purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled within the period specified by the applicable store, generally at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your store account is charged at confirmation of purchase and for renewals at the displayed price, subject to store terms.
• You can manage or cancel from Account Settings or directly in your store account.
• Deleting your Tiny Timer account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription.
• Refunds, billing disputes, introductory offers, and subscription changes are administered by the applicable store under its policies and applicable law.

Use Restore purchases while signed into the original store account and the appropriate Tiny Timer parent account to reconnect eligible Premium access.

6. Your content and device-local data

You may choose routine names, phrases, and photos for personal use. You retain ownership of that content and are responsible for having permission to use it. Do not use content that is unlawful, harmful, invasive, or infringes another person’s rights.

Routines, phrases, preferences, and imported photos are designed to remain on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to the device and any backups you choose to make. We cannot recover device-local content that is removed, lost, or inaccessible.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Tiny Timer, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, use it to violate law or another person’s rights, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

8. Ownership and license

Tiny Timer, including its software, designs, characters, text, branding, and other service content, is owned by or licensed to THE FLOCO COMPANY, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the app on supported devices for lawful personal or household purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store rules.

9. Availability and updates

We may release updates, perform maintenance, or change service availability. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Some functions depend on third-party platforms and services outside our control.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Timer is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE FLOCO COMPANY, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from Tiny Timer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Tiny Timer during the 12 months before the claim or US $25. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. If you do not accept a material update, you should stop using the service and may delete your account.

13. Communications

By creating an account you agree that we may send you service email necessary to operate it: email verification, password resets, confirmation of an email change or account deletion, and notices about security, billing, or material changes to these Terms or the Privacy Policy. These messages are part of the service and cannot be switched off while your account exists.

The newsletter — occasional product news, family tips, and recommendations — is separate and optional. You receive it only if you ask for it by ticking the box offered at signup, or by switching it on later in Account Settings. You may unsubscribe at any time in Account Settings or through the unsubscribe method in any newsletter message. Unsubscribing does not affect your account, your Premium access, or the service email described above.
